Everyone who spent their holidays in Dębki, a fishing village located near Jastrzębia Góra, knows the picturesque Piaśnica estuary to the sea. The downstream river cuts through the dunes, has clear, sandy bottom, visible through clear water. Near the estuary there is the Piaśnickie Łąki peat bog reserve.
There are elephants, which are rare in Poland – plants of saline soils. The upper course of the river is also interesting in terms of landscape, which flows through the hilly areas of the Darżlubska Forest.
